Windows 10 new install, upgrade from windows 8, I had to reset windows 8 a couple of weeks ago, due to bluescreen errors which eventually corruped system files to. When I enter my details, it just hangs at add account 'searching for email settings' step. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. I cant get office 365 mail account to work on Outlook 2013 Desktop. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some ran recovery and support several times I tried running sfc /scannow on command line.

Ran the office 365 recovery and support software, threw an error about DNS servers, which I sent to 365 support 365 Supportģhr 30min phone call with 365 support in which we tried Microsoft Office Desktop downloaded and installed from Office Portal Here is what I tried so far.
